| Dear creative minds, The deadline for issue no. 12 has been extended to July 30! Complete guidelines are below; feel free to forward them to your friends. Creatively yours, Christine Douville, editor Pouèt-cafëe Where poets meet 6595 St.Hubert P.O. Box 59019 Montreal, QC H2S 3P5 Canada P.S. Pouèt-cafëe is now available at Sweet Candy Distro! http://www.eyecandyzine.com/poetryzines.html -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To publish in Pouèt-cafëe, send us two copies of your typed, previously unpublished creations (poems, short stories, creative non-fiction, articles and essays, drawings, collages and comix, etc.) along with a short bio-bibliography (up to 35 words). Your name and complete contact information should appear on every page of your submission. Please note that we do not accept simultaneous submissions. We must also warn you that we rarely publish sonnets or poems that rhyme systematically... Submit your words by regular mail only, but send your comix and artwork by e-mail, in JPEG format. Submitting about 10 literary or visual pieces will increase your chances of seeing one of them choosen; full manuscripts and portfolios are more than welcome. The authors and illustrators whose work is selected will be notified in the month following the deadline. Please include a SASE or an IRC if you want us to notify you and return your work. Contributors are paid in copies and receive three copies of the issue their work appears in; copyright remains with the authors. We look forward to discovering your work! |

| Dear creative minds, Last year I published a Litzine Repertory in Pouèt-cafëe no.9. I am currently working on the upcoming issue and would like to update this repertory and add comp zines to it as well. The repertory is meant for writers and artists looking for new publications to publish their work; it also gives you some visibility for your project. If you are still looking for submissions and would like your zine to be listed in Pouèt-cafëe\'s upcoming issue, please answer the questions below as precisely as possible. Please answer ASAP so I can start working on the layout! I look forward to hearing from you! Keep up the creative energy, Christine Douville, editor P.S. Please answer the questions even if I know your zine or have a copy! It will really help... Thanks! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - title of publication: - print run (optional): - is it available through any distros or stores?: - editor\'s name: - mailing address: - website: - e-mail address: - what kind of submissions are you looking for?: - submission guidelines: - upcoming themes and deadlines: - anything else we should know?: |
